No statement at all.

We love to shop at Queenspark but we never receive any statements/accounts. I will receive text messages of specials and oh yes, the amount to pay! When i ask at Queenspark I will get a number to phone, when you phone they promise you that you will receive an statement/account. Then they will sent one and next months just a text message. Why?????
