NO SERVICE AT ALL

They are advertising a dress on Instagram and Facebook but after many many emails and phone calls I still can't find it . I only had 1 response which said the dress was sold out but that was at least a month ago , yet they still advertising the same dress !!!!!! In a store in CT they say it's summer stock and not in yet in Gauteng they say it's sold out .
