NO Quality and NO Service

<p>Bought a beautiful lilac leather jacket about 5 years ago. Love it and have really looked after it. One panel is obvioyusly defective and is awful and unfortunately it is the front panerl....only the one panel, not a mark elsewhere as I have cared for it. When I asked that it be replaced they thought my request was absurd and said it would not be entertained at all as it was so long ago. I DO NOT buy a leather jacket for a few months....surely they need to be good quality to last. No word from them since. I recommend that you check before buying at this shop.....def not quality!!!!! shocking quality and no feedback service!!!! Will be closing this account when I have paid it up, and have been a customer for a decade...or two.</p>
