Negligence

Over a month ago my sister fell in a store, Queenspark The Glen, she broke her leg and had cement for six weeks or so. After numerous attempts with the store they came back claiming that they are not liable for what happened.

I find this to be very negligent on their part, surely when a customer falls while in your store, you need to account to an extent. I find Quesnspark to be very negligent and inhumane. Someone sustained injuries in your shop and you don't see anything wrong? Really?
