Messing with my credit score and not giving a damn about my feelings and record

Queenspark has gone and messed with my credit score by recording that my account is 1 month in arrears, when I called to notify them of their error they informed that it will take 21 days to correct it, wow.

Is this how you treat your loyal clients? I am appalled by this non chalant behavior towards loyal customers.
