MANAGEMENT AND SUPORVISORS GOT NO HEART NOR EMPATHY FOR THEIR EMPLOYEES!

Queensparks staff are all well suited there but for some of them that wants to be see and heard all the time! Now my thing is if a person is well aware of the JOB they app**** for then there should be any quarrels amongst colleges and especially with MANAGEMENT, because as far as my knowledge management is there to set and at least lead by example. Now how can we look upto MANAGEMENT if them there self can't do the proper protocol! At Queenspark there are too many managers around because everyone wants to be IN the " MANAGERS SEAT!! There's another thing I've noticed also is that when a love one is sick and you are needed to leave work to see to your loved one then staff wants to tell you that and I quote" THIS CAN'T HAPPEN EVERYTIME YOU MUST SORT YOUR THINGS OUT" My thing is this my FAMILY COMES FIRST TO ME ESPECIALLY MY KIDS!! Well the person that said that to me GOT NO KIDS...! So clearly they don't know what it is to be a Mother!! Managers and Supervisors got NO EMPATHY nor HEART because for them WORK MUST GO ON the shop can't stand still because your CHILD IS SICK NO NO! I'm now talking from first hand experience and to be honest I love my job and I know for a fact that I was good at what I was doing!

WHAT actually pains me is the that I've been off from work now for 2months and within the 2months NO ONE HAS CALLED ME TO FIND OUT IF I'M OKAY OR IF MY DAUGHTER IS OKAY, and it's not that they didn't know what was going on they were all well aware of everything from the start but for management not to even send an SMS or make a phone call to me.... It really says alot and I'm slowly regretting my decision of working for QUEENSPAR**** This is now my experience of working for the company called Queenspark.
