Lost dress

<p>I bought a dress at Riverside Mall, Nelspruit. It had a problem with the zip, it couldn't fasten,bit was stuck. So I took it back to the store for an exchange but unfortunately the dresses were sold out. The manager offered to have it fixed at no extra cost. She mentioned that they have their own tailor who does alterations for Queenspark. She promised to call, which she did. I then went to collect my dress but as soon as I saw it I knew something was wrong. Now only did it have dirty marks/stains but the zip was a different color from the dress it was a bit off white & it was done very untidy. the manager told me she will then have to take it to the head office & see if they can have it fixed. I agreed & waited for one of the staff to contact me. Till today nobody has called. I waited for over a year now and I went back to the store , I found a new store manager and she informed me that my dress had gone missing and no one knows where it dissappeared to. I just want my dress please. Enough with all the excuses. Please give me back my dress</p>
