Lack of respect for human life and compliance to National disaster

I am quite disappointed and disturbed by the manner in which Queenspark has no value or see worth of customers lives.My mother is a pensioner with an account with this retailer.It is the Lockdown and everyone instructed to stay at home and only go out for essential but this didn't stop this retailer from reminding my mother about making payment,despite her telling them she cant go out,that didn't stop them,they ended up instructing her to go and pay either at Shoprite/Spar .She had to go and stand in an extremely long quee for a better part of the day just to make the payment that is so important to Queenspark.After that they called to say they gave her a wrong reference number.I am appalled by their business ethics and complete disregard for National disaster and furthermore for putting the life of my elderly mother at risk of contracting the Covid 19.Worst business values and ethics ever
