Inconsiderate
They gave me a longer period payment plan as a result my credit doesn't increase. I started at R3000 but my limit now is never more than R1500. I don't even know why it was reduced because sometimes when I had money I used to pay more than the monthly instalment but then I realised it doesn't make any difference. What they are doing is unacceptable
