I want my money back

I bought 3 fascinators from Queenspark Cresta mall which costs about R600 and I was not aware that you can't return accessories after 14 days. I returned them last week Friday 30th of April and was told I will not be refunded. I could not return them back early as I was away traveling.

Please can you advise if I will not get my money back or if at least I can be refunded for something else in the store?
