I WANT MY MONEY BACK

They make me feel ignored and not valued as a customer. Bought 3 items on sale, returned 1. The system was off, so I went back a few days later, the system still had a glitch, but they were able to do the refund. Went to pay my account installmet and it was too much. Phoned head office, refund is not reflecting. Went back again almost a month later, refund still isn't reflecting.

Queens Langeberg mall had got me in tears and I refuse to pay for something I returned.

I want my money back and close my account.
