Horrible shopping experience at Queenspark- Gateway

I am utterly DISAPPOINTED and DISGUSTED in my shopping experience that Gateway Queenspark today. I am a longstanding customer of Queenspark to a point where I am known at the different stores around Durban. Pavilion being my go-to store, today I decided to go to the Gateway branch as I often do. Whilst browsing to find something to I’d like purchase, I vividly heard one of the store supervisors/managers whatever that lady was, instruct one of the floor staff to “Follow Her”. I could not contain my anger. I have never felt so insulted in my history of shopping at Queenspark, to be sized-up as a *****??? It is evening now, and I am still completely angered and disgusted by the treatment received from Gateway store today. I feel it was racial profiling, especially since I they would never disrespect other race customers in the way they did me today. Queenspark Gateway really need to improve their customer service for ALL customers before losing anymore customers.
