Harassment by Queenspark Store Anthony and Richards

Hi...During lockdown level 5 I made a payment of R1000 by EFT Queenspark.Then also in May and June.Ive been handed over to Anthony and Richards..getting calls every single day by different consultant verbalising not picking up the 1000r made on the 17th of April 2020 but May and June is visible to their site.Ive been pillar to post to different stores with this query,also emailed..whatsup the consultants every time theu are escalating the problem since May...i even went to different stores Pretorius Street and Brooklyn Srores proof of payment,statement ,ID Card on different sides sent with no success.
