Got new sandals for damaged ones

Queenspark has just become my newest favourite store. I bought sandals from them about 2 months ago but they broke yesterday. I had worn them only about 10 times. I took them there with no expectation of any action because I had worn them for a while and no longer had receipts. I just wanted to express my disappointment but the manager told me that it was not my fault and that they would replace them! I got a different type because I was scared of breaking that type of sandal again but I must say I miss it because it was really unique and people complimented me wherever I went. I really want to thank them for the awesome service and to compliment their clothes. Affordable, unique and super trendy :)<br>
