Have been unfairly listed as being in arreas whereas my account is up to date. Worse even the credit available has been unfairly suspended because of Queenspark incompetence and **************. When I called to find out the consultants are rude and not willing to solve my problem. This is the 2nd time in one week that I have have submitted my complaint but no one is responding to the issue, instead I am treated like a 2nd class citizen or a fool. What they are doing is extreme ********** ..how can payments not reflect 3 weeks after making payments? Worse this is not the 1st or 2nd time this has happened. I want all those interest charges removed/withdrawn/subtracted because they have been *******ly charged.
