Extremely unhappy with trying to close account at Queenspark - RCS

You cannot close your account with RCS. They say you owe R 150 and you pay. Next they say you have R150 in your account and they cannot close it. Keeping the account open adds extra money every month. Do not open an account with Queenspark. They keep you in the loop and will not close your account. Phoning their help line does not help. Sending e-mails does not help. What on earth must one do? Very, very unhappy "client"!
