Dishonorable, money making Queenspark / RCS Group.

Queenspark is not a reliable company.

In December I phoned them after I got an SMS saying that there was an amount outstanding and that they are handing over the account to collections, but it was not true the account was Paid. I also complain about the fact that I do not get any statements and I think there is something wrong on the account because I pay the installments and without buying anything the account keeps on showing there is still a balance to pay. In December the amount outstanding was R521.79 I paid R500. According to that outstanding must be R21.79. On a SMS on 8 Jan my balance show outstanding R48.01, without any purchase it change on 15 Jan to R106.00.

The balance outstanding on the statement (I received the first time in years) of 12 January 2021 was R105.58. I did make a payment 2 February R106.00. Last week I received a SMS showing an outstanding amount of R161.23. Today I received a SMS telling me the outstanding amount is R181.23 and they are giving the account again to collections.

So I phoned them today, 15 February 2021 at 13H01, I told them that I want to cancel my account immediately because there is ***** on my account after paying R106.00 on 2 February, WITHOUT any purchase up to now, they say my account is R181.23, They said they would look into it and contact me back. Now at 14H00 I receive a settlement letter that say I must pay R161.23 in the next 5 days, then they will close my account.

How is it possible and fair from a R21outstanding balance at the end of December I must now pay R161.23 and what about the R106.00 I did pay on the 2 February.

Queenspark / RCS Group are a scheming money making business, that does not care about the customer at all and try to make money out of them on dishonorable ways. I am not responsible for that R161.23 and now they want me to pay it.

Not fair and unacceptable!! Just want my account closed, never to use their service ever again.
