Damaged Earrings

Last year in October we had a 2 day SADTU women's conference. Preparing for my trip .I went and bought earrings from Queenspark Welkom a day before I left for Bloemfontein.

We had a dinner that Friday with a formal dress code.When I took my earrings out of the packet unfortunately they were damaged.

The following week back in Welkom , I went back to the shop for exchange

I asked to speak to the supervisor who insisted on the receipt. She refused to help me.

I'm so disappointed with the treatment I got. What must I do with these earrings

I can't wait to finish paying off my account. How will I trust the quality of the things I buy if when they are faulty the shop treat me with attitude and not help me.

This has been my favorite shop all along but right now I'm not sure.
