Customer service non-existent!!!!!!

I sent an email on 9 October 2019 with a proof of payment settling account ***. I requested the account be closed with immediate effect and that I be advised accordingly that the account is closed. Customer service is shocking and non-existent. Cannot even respond to your customers requests, Beaulah Peterson requested that somebody respond on my mails but till now nobody has. This is ludicrous - and I will not pay another cent in interest for the incompetence of your customer services team. How long does it take to get back to your customers??? People should think twice before opening an account at a store who disregards their customers who have been loyal for many years! I do not want this useless account anymore - can SOMEBODY get back to me!!!!!!! Ridiculous!
