Closing of an account

a settlement amount was given to me at Benoni Branch on 31/07/15 which I paid in full and a form sent to Nina at\ closures at [URL Removed] by the Benoni Branch on 31/07/15. I then received a statement in August 2015 showing the settlement amount as an opening balance plus interest was charged at 23%. My payment of the settlement amount was not reflected of which i have proof. Again in September 2015 this balance was shown
