Closing account

I paid R500 on line on the 13th August 2021 when I i asked they said they didn't got money so I send them a proof but no answer and i paid all the money R1400 to settle the account and send them proof and now they say am owing R390 for card.. I want to close this account... Now my R500 i paid they don't recognize it..
