Close my account and apply interest rate backdated to my credit amount. Pay me my credit.

My account number 051803...........552057 reflects a credit of R17.57. I tried to conduct a transaction at the Welkom branch but was told that the account was locked due to no movement the past 6 months. I also noted that the interest rate reflected on my statement is 18.75%.

I demand that the interest rate of 18.75% be app**** and backdated on my credit balance.

Due to the bad experience / bad service offering I demand that my account be closed and the credit due with backdated interest be paid to me.
