Can we trust a business that do not give mpnthly statements.

We have a few years an account at Queenspark (***) but never received a statement. Each time I am given a telephone number to phone RCS. It is just empty promises. Then I were told to download their app, it just gives an error! I got the following email address (***) by a friend, she is lucky to receive each month a statement. I emailed them but no response! How must we trust Queenspark?
