Bought a Gift Card at Queen’s Park Cedar Square – No Funds Loaded!

Hello Peter,

My mother recently purchased a gift card at the Queen’s Park Cedar Square location, but when the recipient tried to use it, there were no funds loaded onto the card. This was meant to be a gift, and it was very disappointing and embarrassing when it didn’t work.

We have the receipt and card details, so I expect this to be resolved quickly. I’ve contacted customer service but have yet to receive a proper response.

Please investigate this urgently and either load the correct amount onto the card or issue a replacement. Errors like this are unacceptable, especially when customers trust your service.
