Beware of Hidden Cost when opening a Queenspark Account - ****

I want to warn customers not to open an account due to hidden costs. There is a initiation fee, monthly service fee PLUS insurance!! Ridiculous! I realised all this hidden costs when I want to pay the full outstanding amount on my account opened 24 May 2022 and final payment 16 June 2022 (NOT EVEN A MONTH LATER!!) The assistance in the shop is disgusting poor and the "lady" she spoke to at "Head office" rude and unhelpful. Told met to wait till 11 July to find out what the final outstanding amount is!! On a PAID UP account that I closed the SAME DAY of full payment! Do not go NEAR queenspark!!! Such a pity for a store with nice clothes, but NO customer support!!
