Bad service from store manager/supervisor

A store manager at Queenspark Canal Walk, Cape Town was so unhelpful today (20/07/2022 at about 15:00) when I wanted to use a store voucher sent to me by my sister (who has an account at Queenspart). She did not even have a courtesy of wanting to verify that the voucher was indeed sent to me by her. This after an arrangement was made that I could use the voucher at the store. She was just not helpful at all and did not care. Very bad service!!
