Bad service

We live in modern times. I was in Shelly store branch of Queenspark when the friendly Ssisyant offered to order me a smaller size light blue top from Galleria Branch as they did not have the size. This was THREE WEEKS AGO!!! When I at last got hold of them after I had to phone Shelly Centre Management, BECAUSE Queenspark number is not listed AND ALSO NOT ON THE RECEIPT... I phoned them. They DID NOT folliw up after 2 weeks fir my top and cannot give me a date when to have it. This is RIDICULOUS!!! We live in modern times. I was in Scottburgh 35km from Galleria branch last week. I could have collected it myself but I trusted thay the client is the only and 1st priority of Queenspark. Which seens NOT to be the case. Now I remember why I closed my account with them, 8years ago. Nothing have changed for the better.
