Bad Customer Service

<p>on the 29th of October 2016 went to buy a dress at queenspark hemmingways, east london with my mother, they didn have the size for me so the store manager checked on the system the size i needed and found it at Umtata store so she sent a request for the dress to be sent to them. We paid for the dress and told them i need it before thursday, the lady assured us we will get the dress even by tuesday. i decided today to check if it has not arrived to my surpise it has not i am told that the courier company has not fetched the dress from mtata , what frustrates me is i am running out of time this is inconvenciance now. i do not have anything else to wear and i am attending my aunts funeral in peddie i need to leave tomorow. the lady is not even sure if it will be there by tomorow, she is saying it can get there even on friday afternoon, what about me? really this is dissapointing worse of all from a retail shop like queenspark. i have even paid for the dress already. </p>
