Annoyed customer

I am very disappointed with the treatment i am receiving from Queenspart. From the time i got my account i have been paying more than my expected installment making sure i am preparing for rainy days. I keep receing smses from them saying that i am behind with my instalment and worst of all is that they are charging me for the interests i know nothing about and sending out letter or smses. I have taken a decision that i will be closing my account. I am ****ed
