Rude and unprofessional owner

after making the booking on expedia through Trivago I called the owner to double check if everything is in order. he confirmed that he has received my booking but could not accept it because it was too short. he was really rude about the whole situation. I asked him why doesn't it say so on on the website and he told me he does't know. He did not even apologies nor at least recommend us somewhere. he just dropped his phone. he was so unprofessional and rude. I would not recommend his place to anyone
