Disappointing service

Please note that this company does not provide the service that they promise. I, as a bride was very very disappointed with the service that I was given on my Wedding Day. My family and I have tried multiple times to contact the owner to set up a meeting to discuss the issues, but she has refused to see anybody, even though on the day she was more than happy to refund half the money back when the issues were bought to everybody's attention.
