bad person and bad service to deal with

I was send an bbm to join Queensburgh nabour hood watch, I send an email two days ago and a bbm to join and alos to help with free support with no respons, I asked them today what if we are in trouble and need then and pay for a sevice?its a concern? He send me a mail said he don't want to help me or want my service or as a client because of what I said, I do have all the emails, please people beware of so called security service like this it can cost you if you need help rather get profesionals like Blue or Adt.
