Low Quality Hair

It is low quality hair, my 26" Wig starting shedding and tangle in 1 m They lying to customer, definitely not 12A hair, this quality I even suspect if really 100% human hair, may synthetic. And the Chinese Owner Jack just gave excuse, and refused to refund or exchange , waste of R2200.
