Lies and bad quality wig

I bought a 30 inch frontal wig from them a little over two months ago, it started balding at the top. I called them there was no reply. I then sent them a WhatsApp with a picture of the bald spot. They responded by saying if I bought it by them they will fix it for free.

So I went to their salon at the Golden Acre the owner kept changing her story now, she started by saying if treated it, it will fix the problem. I paid for the treatment and obviously the balding patch was not fixed.

She proceeded to argue with me about the fact that the wig with do that after much use, I said two months is not much use!

She then said I needed to open another line and I couldn’t use the middle part anymore. When I asked what’s the warranty or guarantee on the wig she said the only guarantee is that it’s virgin hair!

I am highly upset because I paid a lot of money and the customer service is non existent. The owner shifts and changes her story constantly.
