The R3500 sliding door that grates

<p>Upon paying Queens aluminum in cash for a sliding door for our refurbished bathroom we received an incomplete initial installation. No finishing on the rails, no stoppers and damage to tiles. As well as a new door that doesn't slide so well. Grating sounds from the word go. We had asked the owner Ben to look at it only to be given the brush off with excuses for three days. Finally going to his shop he refused to sort the problem. Not happy with paying so much for a new door and not getting a good product.</p>
