QUEENFY ONLINE SHOPPING NOT SAFE

I bought an item from www.queenfy.com in April, to date I am still waiting for my parcel to arrive, when I try to check on delivery I am told that the post office is out of their hands. When they track the parcel on this is the answer I am getting from the company. 2018-04-16 23:20 Has been transported to the airline
