2 months of not receiving my sneakers which was supposed to be delivered in a day

I since bought LV sneakers on the 25 March 2019 and I still have not received my sneakers.And before I paid I asked whether they have my size and everything was confirmed.I paid the the full amount including delivery.To my surprise few days later my shoes were not delivered and according to them their delivery shouldn't take more than a day .I try to communicate to them via dm and sometimes via whattsapp for days without them responding back to me .When they respond they tell me that they don't have stock they are waiting for their supplier.I ask myself how so because I confirmed before paying if they did have stock.

Now it's being over 2 months without my sneakers being delivered. I mean I have paid a lot of money for those sneakers . Later they came up with a solution of giving me alternatives then I asked what are those alternatives then they went awl on me again .
