Queen of Steel Tattoo Parlour at Blue Route Mall - PUTRID!

My son had a very disappointing day at Queen of Steel at Blue Route Mall today, and it makes me very angry. Queen of Steel is a tattoo and piercing studio run by women, and my son and his dad paid a deposit of R500 on Saturday 22 December 2018 for a tattoo of the Fibonacci Spiral. My son, Thomas, had brought his own design and he was quoted R850 in total. His appointment was for today Friday 28 December 2018 at 12h00, and he promptly arrived at 11h40. He was then told that the for a tattoo of the design he had brought (and emailed to them) would cost him R1300 and that the woman that had initially done the quote was from the UK and had given him the incorrect price. He had been told that the deposit is non-refundable if not cancelled 24 hours prior to the appointment. My son is 18 years old. They offered to do a cheaper tattoo of something similar for R850, and they went ahead. At the end of the day, the tattoo is wrong - the lines are wrong and the 'tattoo artist' actually told Thomas at one point that she doesn't feel like doing it any more when she was halfway. She actually refused to do the finishing lines and dots that rounds off the design, and frankly, the tattoo is skew. The facts: Thomas didn't get what he requested a week ago, he got the wrong information and putrid service from a bunch of *********** service staff that left a permanent mark on my son's skin. AND they refused to pay his deposit back when he had done everything right. I am, of course, absolutely livid.
