Queen of Steel not honouring Return Policy.

I'm extremely disappointed that Queen of Steel Blue Route does not honour their 14day return policy. The item purchased is still in its original packaging untouched and sealed per the very same condition we received them. Items sealed o their original packaging. It's not like a credit is required but rather a swop for other items within the store, however all we get is that they "do not do returns as it is their store policy". I disagree because on their website it states "14days unused and in its original packaging".
