wrong licence plate

on the 16 January 2019, i bought a licence plates at Queen Motor Spares in 107 Buffalo Road King William's Town, Eatern Cape. They asked which one do i want i said its the new car, the guy wanted me to select the licence plate even though i knew nothing about the licence plates sizes then when i brought the plates for the dealer to fit them for me they were short and could not fit , the the dealer told me to go back and tell the Queen Motor spare to replace the one the sold to me as there is a standard legal plate for Ford Ranger Bakie. I did and the manager said it was my fault even though i told him that i didnt know which one to select, and what was the reason for me to produce the licence registration which idicated the model of the car if they would ask from me as a customer and i aslo told the manager about the legal standard plates that they suppose to sell for my car as i was advised by the dearship. They refused to redo the plates , they said i must buy the new one, which means i loose the money and throw away the first one. im very unhappy and lost my money. on their slip they said goods incorrectly supp**** must be returned within 10 days , i returned the goods on the 17/10/2019. i feel cheated of my money107 Buffalo Road, King Williams Town, South Africa. ***, fax ***, vat #***
