Underquoting and overpricing

I was quoted on a Isuzu tailgate R2000. I paid the deposit in full and was told when it arrived the price now was R 2750. I complained and was told that this happens often with their suppliers. They quote less and then invoice an increased price. I paid the difference since I needed the part, but this is NOT how you do business. GET YOUR SUPPLIERS UNDER CONTROL.
