The customer is never wrong

Wish I had seen the previous review before purchasing from the brand. I've had the most defensive response from the owner who fails to take accountability for their mistake. Yes I bought from a "Sample sale" but did I expect to get an item with makeup smeared around the neckline? No. Instead of offering a voucher or something to keep me returning to the business she is so ready to lose a customer. I do hope that other customers can see this. I have never felt the need to review a business badly apart from my experience with Queejabi. It's sad and I hope that you can work on your customer service it's not up to par
