Terrible company

I don't usually do this but this company (Queejabi) is doing this to others and it's the right thing to let you know how she operates her business. Both myself and my cousin received such bad service and were treated so badly by this company. She is a simple dressmaker and firstly she sewed the dress not according to my measurements, then told me I had to pay R100 to send it back to her to be altered only for her to resend it back to me with the incorrect measurements yet again according to her judgement without any communication or prior notice. And upon talking to her about it, she said that I am at fault both times because she has no responsibility in it, and even insulted my personal appearance to drive her point home. I have never experienced such unprofessionalism or disgusting behaviour from a business let alone another human being. She has done this to my cousin as well, who knows how many others she has done this to as well. Don't support her, you are better off hiring a professional dressmaker and saving yourself both the disrespect and disappointment
