Think this is a **** and a money making scheme

Gosh if I could go below one star I would. She’s so unprofessional and I don’t actually think they ever help people, only take the money for a service and never provide a service. She screams at her clients, never gives feedback it’s been 3 months and I was told it’ll take a week. Think she’s a ****mer
