Shockingly Bad Service – Avoid This Company!

I appointed this company to handle a Home Affairs process that was meant to take 15–30 working days. It’s now over 60 working days later and still nothing has been done. They never provide updates unless chased, ignored my complaints, and even told me to go to Home Affairs myself.

To make matters worse, they refuse to refund my money despite failing to deliver the service. I also discovered that they are *****ulently misrepresenting themselves — the website linked to their Facebook page belongs to another, completely different and successful company with a similar name. This is very misleading and dishonest.

Completely unprofessional, unreliable, and *****ulent. I strongly warn others to avoid this company at all costs.
