Do not trust Que Crew!

I paid Que Crew R2000 in March 2017 to assist in closing my City of Johannesburg account and getting a refund.

I keep emailing every few months to follow up and am given various excuses - the file was lost / CoJ has cancelled refunds etc. To date, more than a year later, they have note resolved the issue. Moreover they have refused to refund me.

Konrad Duvenage fro Que Crew has responded that they don't offer refunds, but if you are paying for a service to resolve bureaucratic issues - then that's what should be given.

They are just as bad as the City of Johannesburg. Do not trust this company.
