WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

Well, let me just tell you this is the worst service I have ever had in my life. After having to phone them numerous times a day for 5 days solid. I was promised my order everyday, after so many excuses and requesting documents they never mentioned before. They tell you your goods have been collected by a local courier (which happens to be their driver - I eventually got his number out of them) they cant give you a tracking number. The driver seems to be stuck in Sandton everytime you speak to him, for 5 days. ?? The only reason I got my order is because I threatened to go to the police station and open a case of theft / *****. I will never order from them again. Worst experience ever.
