On the 15 April 2021 I bought 2 Hisense 58inch Smart tv and i was sent an invoice that showed delivery will be made on the 22 April 2021 but till today i have not received my order, i asked the company to refund me but they send me 2 **** proof of payments documents and claimed that when i receive my order i should repay those items. On monday my items were dispatched from Cape Town, then on Wednesday it was dispatched from Pretoria for the whole day and i was later told that they have a backlog they might deliver the following week and they will keep me posted with new developments but none so ever.
