Qubist.co.za *****s and **********

I wanted a Xbox Series X for my son. Everywhere was sold out. Eventualy somehow got to their site. I first phoned to make sure they are real and they have stock. Was promised there was stock but I had to act quickly as there was only 3 left at the supplier of which one was taken just before me. Everything looked fine, there was Google ads of them so I did feel everything will be okay and placed an order. It turned into a nightmare. Everytime there was a excuse for delivery. They could not supply me with a tracking number or where the product was. After many calls and emails, I was told I will be refunded or I can get a discount. I chose to be refunded. Everyday is a new promise yet I am still waiting to be refunded Sydney told me customer is the most important part of their business. The sad irony is the customer is the one who lost in the end of the day. Please spare yourself the stress and lies from them. They dont care, they dont answer phones... I will not leave it there. Anyone who has more info regarding this *****ed company please share with me. Im going to open a case of theft, ***** and other things at the police station aswell as other places.
