QUBIST XBOX PRE ORDER

So I order a Xbox Series X from Qubist on the 17/04/21, had to pay R 12 999 upfront to secure the unit. The console was schedule to arrive end of May. Just before it should have arrived we receive a sms yes a (SMS) stating there is a delay on the shipment. They Knew there was a delay so why only let us as paying customers now a day before there is a delay.

I left a comment on their mail complaining that they already have our money so why would they care when the product arrives. A massive gaming company like Qubist should have bought the consoles upfront and once it arrived then let us as client buy it online. I went into Qubist Cape Town to ask what was going on, they had no answers for me as if they really did not know what was going on. I have been a customer for months and always received the best service but Qubist head office messed up on my orders big time. Koodoo has received 2 shipments of the Xbox stock while we still wait. Yes it has been delayed again and we just received another sms.
